Shoei Foods Qingdao Co., Ltd. was established in August, 2002 in Qingdao, Shandong Province which is wholly owned by Shoei Foods Corporation. It is located near the Qingdao Liuting International Airport and its easy access to main expressways makes it an excellent area for processing locally grown rich fruits as well as processing imported agricultural products from all around the world. Efforts are made here on a continual basis to satisfy global Shoei customers throughout the world along with selling these products domestically and exporting to overseas countries including Japan. After plant No.1 was constructed in November, 2003, which is specially for sorting dried fruits and nuts, plant No.2 was completed in October, 2005, which is specially for infused fruits, preservation etc. In plant No.1, a thorough sorting process by human eyes on static tables is conducted to supply reliable and safe products in addition to the inspection of the products of dried fruits and nuts with advanced facilities such as a laser sorter and X ray equipment.
