Ingredients Method
           Butter 660grams   ¢Ù Cream butter and combine powdered sugar and
           Powdered sugar 300grams        almond poudre (powder) together.
           Milk 72grams   ¢Ú Add milk to be softer.
           Cocoa powder 120grams   ¢Û Add shifted cake flour and cocoa powder, then
           Cake flour (Weak flour) 690grams        combine together.
           Almond poudre (powder) 200grams   ¢Ü Rest in a refrigerator for approximately 2 hours.
           Pine nuts (slightly roasted) 200grams   ¢Ý Shape into logs of 2cm and wrap them with
  ¡¾Finishing¡¿          paper, then refrigerate to be hardened.
           Granulated sugar suitable   ¢Þ Cover with egg white and then granulated sugar.
           Egg white suitable   ¢ß Cut each logs into the width of 1.2cm.
        ¢à Bake at 170¡æ for approximately 20 minutes.
